Joseph Adams Lives in the City of New Baltimore with his Wife, Abby and 2 sons Brady (6) and Ben (4). He works for the City of Grosse Pointe Department of Public Safety for 16 years. He started his career with Mackinaw City Police Dept for 1 summer. He graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Law Enforcement from Lake Superior State University (Sault Ste Marie, MI) . Currently he is a Sergeant for the City of Grosse Pointe. Brother Adams has been a member of Grosse Pointe Lodge 102 for 13 years now. He has held position of secretary (4 yr) vice president (2yr), president (4 yrs) is currently the lodge Immediate past president (1yr). Brother Adams has been very involved with Special Olympics of MI now for 12 years. Mike has worked for the Warren Police Department since 1998. His positions have included, Dispatch, Patrol, FTO, Community Policing, Bicycle Patrol, PAL Director, Explorer Advisor and since 2011, Mike has served as Full Time Union President for the Warren Police Officers Association.
Mike has been a member of the Christopher M Wouters Lodge No. 124 for over ten years. Mike is currenty in his 5th term as Lodge Treasurer. Mike has attended the Grand Lodge Leadership Matters Training in 2010 and has been a delegate at the past six State FOP Conferences. Mike was elected to District Trustee in June of 2013 and is currently Chairman of the State Lodge Ways & Means Committee as well as a member of the State Lodge Compliance Committee. Mike serves as Vice President of the Michigan Association of Police Organizations as well as Secretary of the Sterling Heights Ordinance Board of Appeals.
Mike resides in Sterling Heights with his wife, Deanna, and three children, Autumn (16) Mckenzie (13) and Nathan (12).
Current Treasurer of Central Macomb Lodge #187. Began career as dispatcher for the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office in 2003. Promoted to Deputy Sheriff in 2012. Currently assigned to road patrol in Macomb Township. Serving his second term as State Treasurer.
Eric Ridout is a 23 year police officer who currently works as a Sergeant for the Muskegon County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division. He has held the positions of Community Officer and Canine Handler during that time, Eric has been a FOP member for twenty two years with the Charles D. Hammond Lodge #99 in Twin Lake Michigan., Eric held the position of trustee for numerous years before being elected to the position of second vice president which he currently holds. Eric is married and supported by his wife Angelita and their three children.
Mandi is an Active member of the Capitol City Lodge #141 and has served as her Lodge Sgt-At-Arms, Secretary and Treasurer. Mandi has worked as a police officer for the City of Lansing for over 12 years. Previously, Mandi has served as District 10 Trustee.

David Hiller, Grosse Pointe Park native, is executive director of the Michigan Fraternal Order of Police (MFOP). Prior to joining MFOP, Hiller served on the City of Grosse Pointe Park Police Force and the Detroit Police Force for 48 years. He earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Wayne State University and a master's degree in public administration from Central Michigan University. He retired Jan. 2016 as Grosse Pointe Park's police chief to join MFOP.
MFOP is the Michigan chapter of the world's largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers committed to improving the working conditions of law officers and the safety of those it serves. In 2016, Gov. Rick Synder appointed Hiller to the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) to help foster public trust in law enforcement.

Pam is an active FOP Member and employee of Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department since 1997. Pam served as treasurer of the Wayne B. Fitch Lodge #138 for 15 years. Pam also served as State Treasurer and District Trustee. Pam serves on the Sheriff’s Training Advisory Council as the FOP Representative for 5 years. Pam has also served on the State Lodge LETR, Special Olympics, Ways and Means, and Essay Contest Committees.

Todd has over 20 years of law enforcement experience spending the past 8 years as a Sergeant with the Muskegon County Sheriff’s Office. Todd has also worked in the EMS and Fire fields. Todd and his wife Kimberly have been married for 15 years and have 3 children, ages 14-25. Todd enjoys sports and has worked as a high school sports referee for the past 10 years.

Kurt has been an active member of the Michigan FOP since 1978. Kurt retired a Detective Sergeant with the Owosso Police Department and is currently employed with the Durand Police Department as a school liaison officer as well as a part-time police officer.

John worked for the Michigan State Police from 1978 to 2003, when he retired as a Sergeant. John also taught shooting and criminal justice at Lake Superior State University from 1992-2005. John is an active FOP member of Sault Ste Marie Lodge #115 and has served as Treasurer, Vice-President and President. John is also a member of the VFW, American Legion, Moose, and Masonic Lodge.

Patrick Buckley, Portage, MI
Pat retired in 2009 after 37 years with the Portage Police Department, during that time he had been President of the Portage Police Officers Association. Pat is a member of the Kalamazoo Lodge #98 he has been a member since 1978 and was the Vice President of that lodge. He has been on numerous committees for the State Lodge and has been District 1 Trustee for Two years and District 9 Trustee for over 5 years. Pat is married to his wife Cindy they have two children and two grandchildren.

John Ousnamer, Waterford, MI
John has worked at the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office since May 1980. John has worked patrol, corrections, investigations, training and administration for the department. John has worked many special details including World Cup Soccer, Super Bowl XXL, Woodward Dream Cruise, Pine Knob/DTE Music Theater, Presidential security detail and traveled to the United Kingdom representing Oakland County. John assisted running the Gun Range for 2 years as the primary Firearms Instructor and Rangemaster.
John has been an Active member of the Fraternal Order of Police since June 1983, first with Southwest Oakland County Lodge 128 then moving to the James R. Lafnear Metro-Pontiac Lodge 132. John has held several offices in Lodge 132 including Vice President for 3 years and President for 3 years. John has served on both Local and State Committees which include the local Pistol Match Committee, Entertainment Committee and Golf Committee. John has served on the State Golf Outing Committee 2011-2013, Elections Committee as Chairman in 2012 and the State Audit Committee 2012. John is currently on the State Golf Outing Committee, State Audit Committee and the State Training Committee.
John has been married to Leslie since 1989 and has four children Amanda, Michael, John Jr. (Charlie) and Christine. Amanda gave him his first Grandchild in February 2013. They currently live in Waterford.

Debbie has been an Auxiliary member since 1991 and is currently serving her 5th consecutive year as State Auxiliary President; Past offices for the Michigan Auxiliary include: President 1999-2002, (Immediate) Past President, Secretary, Trustee
Her local lodge is #130 Auxiliary where she is currently a Trustee and has previously held every office on the executive board with the exception of Vice President. She serves on the Constitution & By-Laws (Chair), Membership, Police Memorial, Scholarship/Stipend, and Ways & Means Committees. She also serves on several of her local parent lodge committees.
Debbie is currently serving her 2nd term as Michigan Trustee to the Grand Lodge Auxiliary, and is also assigned to the states of Minnesota, North Dakota & Wisconsin. She serves on the Grand Lodge Auxiliary Special Olympics (Chair), Grant Writing, Guidelines, Historian, Membership/Recruitment, and the M. Michele Letz National Award Committees.
She is the recipient of the 2011 Carole Law Award for Volunteerism presented by MI-COPS, and most recently received the 2013 Distinguished Service Award presented by the President of the Grand Lodge Auxiliary.
