Harold West has been an active law enforcement officer for the past 30 years. Currently he has just retired with Kalamazoo Public Safety and now works for the Kalamazoo Office of the Prosecuting Attorney as a Police Investigator. During his career, he has served in a variety of assignments including Neighborhood Liaison Officer, street patrol, and narcotics investigation. He has been a member of Greater Kalamazoo Lodge #98 for the past 27 years. During the last 11 years, he has held a variety of offices with his lodge including Trustee, Sergeant at Arms, 2nd Vice President, Vice President, and President.  This is Harold's Second year as President of the State Lodge.

John P Sadowski has been in Law Enforcement for 21 years. Currently he is a Patrol Sergeant with the Saginaw Twp Police Department.  He is an active member of his Saginaw Lodge #105 since 1990, and serving as the Treasurer from 1994-2007.  John served as the State Lodge Sgt at Arms, 2nd Vice President and State Lodge Secretary.

Fred is a Police Constable with Sault Ste Marie Police Services for 18 years and presently working in Patrol Services.  Fred has served as President and Vice President of Lodge #115, and has been the District 7 Trustee for three years.  Fred has been married to Yvette for 20 years and they have two teenage daughters Natalie and Crystal.

Pat Lemke is a Patrolman for the city of Ferndale, he has been with the Department for 12 years.  Pat is a second generation FOP Member. Pat has been the President of the South Oakland Lodge #130, he was the District 11 Trustee, State Lodge Sgt -at-Arms and State Treasure. He also sits as a Committee Member for the Grand Lodge Recruitment and Retention Committee.  Pat is Married to his wife Marcie and they have three children.

Jeff has been a member of the FOP for 37 years.  He is a retired Detective Lieutenant from Harper Woods Police Department.  His home Lodge is Grosse Pointe 102.  At the local level he served as department trustee, Lodge Vice President and Lodge President.  His current local position is that of Immediate Past President.  At the State level, Jeff proudly served 5 terms as the District 4 Trustee.  He has also served on several committees both locally and at the State level.

Paul has been an FOP Member since 1968.  He was hired by the Grand Rapids Police Department in 1967 and retired from them in 1998. He is a member of the Grand Rapids Lodge #97 which he held positions as inner- guard, Chaplin, Vice President and President. Paul has been State District 5 Trustee and Trustee Chairman since 1998.

Kevin is a Lieutenant with the City of Warren Police Department.  He has served with the Warren P.D. for 24 years.  He has been a member of the Fraternal Order of Police since 1983 at Christopher M. Wouters Lodge #124.  Kevin served four terms as the President of Lodge #124 from 1991-1994.  He was the first son of a former President to be elected to that position.  His father Art served in that capacity in 1964.  Kevin also served as Vice-President from 1988-1989, Secretary from 1989-1991 and as a Guard from 1987-1988.

Kevin has served on the State Board since 1993.  Kevin served six terms as State President from 1999-2005.  He also served as State Vice-President from 1997-1999, State Secretary from 1995-1997, State Treasurer from 1994-1995 and State Guard from 1993-1994.

Kevin currently holds the position of National Trustee which he was elected to at this past National Conference in New Orleans in 2005.

Kevin currently serves as the Chairman of the National Safety and Technology Committee.  He has served on that committee since 1999.  Kevin was also appointed by President George W. Bush to the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health (NACOSH).

Pamela Lasley Battle Creek, MI

Pam has been an FOP Member sense 1994.  She is currently an Corrections Officer for the Calhoun County Sheriffs Department. She is her Local Lodge #138 (Wayne B. Fitch) Treasurer. She has held that position for the past 10 years. Her and her husband Rick live in Battle Creek and are both very active members in their lodge.  They are very involved with the Local Area 19 Special Olympics Group.  They have worked both the Winter and Summer Games Special Olympics are very important to them.

DISTRICT 4 TRUSTEE
Matthew Minard Livonia, MI

Matt is employed by the City of Taylor Police Department since 1999, three years as a civilian and 9 years on patrol.  He has been an active member of the Taylor Lodge #123 since 2002. He has held the offices of Vice President and now President for the past three years. Matt has also Chaired the Taylor Lodge Golf Outing, Membership, Building and Scholarship for the past five years. He is a third generation Fop member.  This is Matt's first year as District 4 Trustee.

Jason started his career in Law Enforcement in 1996.  He is currently a Detective with the Saginaw Police Department and has been employed with them since 1998.  He is currently the Treasurer of Saginaw FOP lodge #105 and has been an active member since 1998.

Jason has been the District 6 Trustee since 2006.

DISTRICT 9 TRUSTEE  
Patrick Buckley Portage, MI

 Pat retired in 2007 after 37 years with the Portage Police Department, during that time he had been President of the Portage Police Officers Association.  Pat is a member of the Kalamazoo Lodge #98 he has been a member since 1978 and was the Vice President of that lodge. He has been on numerous committees for the State Lodge and has been District 1 Trustee for Two years and this is his 2nd year as District 9 Trustee.  Pat is married to his wife Cindy they have two children and two grandchildren.

 

DISTRICT 10 TRUSTEE
Robert Earle, Lansing, MI

Rob has been a Deputy Sheriff with the Ingham County Sheriff's Office since April 2001. He currently assigned to the booking unit and is a member of the Capitol Area Dive Team - Underwater Search & Recovery team. He has been a member of Capitol City Lodge since joining the Sheriff's Office in 2001. He has served as Captiol City Lodge # 141 Lodge President since 2008 and took over as District 10 Trustee in December 2011.

Rob has been a Pleasant Ridge Police Officer since 2001.  Rob is the President of the Pleasant Ridge Police Officers Association. (which is represented by the FOP Labor council).  He has served on Southeastern Oakland County FOP Lodge #130's Executive Board since 2005, and has been the President of this lodge since 2009. This is Rob's 2nd year as District 11 trustee.
